Okanogan Washington Aeneas Valley land

Accessible from Frosty Creek road  off Aeneas valley road 25 miles from Tonasket and Republic Washington.  Trucks with 4WD would be best but I have brought in 2WD vehicles too in dryer weather.

Water is available from Frosty Creek, or a nearby well and another Artesian well.  This is a remote and hilly terrain but easily protected with one dirt road into the area.  There is one full time resident in this off grid region who watches for strangers messing around the place.

The road is many miles long and there is windfall trees all around to drag home and use for firewood.  Until an actual SHTF event I ask that we all use trees already on the ground there are literally hundreds.  No need to fall trees yet.

I will meet you here at a convenient time for us both to stake out your 1/4 acre plot.  I maintain a 24 foot travel trailer on the site (my original bugout) and this is actually available to rent by the week, just $200.

I also have an RV and 40 foot container on site that I may use from time to time.  I can support allowing storage of food and prepping supplies in the container.  How to keep others out of your stuff is tougher, but we can put lockable lockers or something inside.  Obviously a key would be provided.

I will allow camping or using your lot anytime you desire but I don't want anyone full time living out there until SHTF.  Everyone who leases will get a key to the gate.  The fire rules are pretty strict contact Okanogan county to see if burning is allowed during your stay.

As a side note this place has deer going through every day so as a hunting campsite this would be a great investment.  State land is everywhere!

Nevada land between McKnight springs and Humboldt river

Trucks with 4WD would be best for the Nevada land too  but I have brought in 2WD vehicles too in dryer weather.  This is harder to find and will take some phone calls.  Nevada requires by law allowing access to landowners.  To get to this land you go to the end of a county road, then on a gravel road, then dirt.  You have a few gates to open and close behind you and one is near a cattle rancher's home.

The land is right in between McKnight Springs and the river, water is available at either place but there are a lot of cows near the springs.  This is pretty flat land and you could park your RV or Trailer anywhere easily.  There is a lot of juniper like scrub brush around and you are free to cut as much you like off any unclaimed acres or your own.  You can put a fence around your acre if you like too.

I have seen Mule deer and Antelope and the biggest Jackrabbits ever there!  Like the Okanogan land you can take a quad forever in most directions or fish in the river or hunt nearby.  this little valley is so remote, peaceful and gorgeous.  A really nice place to visit and develop.

I have nothing on the land at all so first come first pick of the acre you want.  the Springs has an outflow through the property in the spring runoff but dry creek bed the rest of the time.
